You will constantly expand on your experience and skills through learning-by-doing in the project team, rounded off by a systematic personnel development concept.
Within the context of regular staff appraisals, you will receive feedback on your development as well as incentives for your personal further training on the basis of a budget for seminars and training courses. Ranging from basic knowledge of the market and finances to presentation and moderation skills to foreign languages - we decide on the topics together.
