During our first personal meeting, we would like to learn more about you as a person and your professional skills. We have a relaxed discussion, and together we assess whether you match the professional profile of the position and whether the requirements of the position also correspond to your personal expectations. To this end, we talk about your previous experience, introduce hahn,consultants to you once again and also conduct small case studies that are typical for the industry.

During the second meeting, we would like to confirm and deepen the impression gained in the first meeting. Your interview partners usually change as well, so that you can get to know other managing directors / partners. As an additional assessment, a small case study will also be carried out.

Potential analysis forms part of an aptitude diagnostic procedure to identify and classify existing key qualifications and development opportunities (professional competence as well as personality) with the aim of arriving at a structured, meaningful assessment of oneself (strengths/weaknesses profile).

It is in our interest to guide the applicant through the application and selection process as quickly as possible. We are committed to carefully reviewing every qualified application and taking sufficient time for the applicant during the (entire) selection process. Depending on the specific job posting, the duration of the selection process may vary in light of various influencing factors - however, as a rule, our future employees receive a telephone call from our managing directors after about 6 weeks informing them that they got the job.
