Given that a chain is generally only as strong as its weakest link, we want to ensure that the high-quality standards that represent our most important drawing card are maintained. In order to achieve this, every consultant (m/f/d) undergoes structured further training with us, which is divided into development stages and gradually introduces them to more responsibility. The personal development of each individual is monitored in close contact with the management level.
