To secure the continuity of a life’s work, to restore future viability, to create perspectives for the new generation – this is the other side of a story which for us normally consists of diagrams, Excel tables and figures in red and black. It is the human component, which is behind each business and which we, at hahn,consultants, never lose sight of. Based on this, we have developed our own philosophy over the years. Apart from our actual work, which consists of about 30% strategic planning and up to 70% of implementing viable concepts, a solid set of values is essential for us. The passion with which we work along with our basic honesty are as much a characteristic of our work as is our pronounced ability to empathise. For our highly qualified colleagues, these values are, as it were, the other 100% that flows into our daily work – and thereby into your company. All this with the goal to stabilise the successful development of your company - a principle which we have practised for the last 25 years.
